I recently started practicing yoga with Mia and I am absolutely grateful that I did! She is so easy to talk to and connect with. I drive all the way from Woodbury just to be able to support her. It is such a lovely and welcoming space!

I have been seeing Wendy for some time now and she NEVER disappoints! My skin suffers from Acne and blackheads due to having large pores, and she goes the extra mile in her services to make sure she takes her time to unclog all my pores. I always leave her office with glowing, smooth skin. She never tries to oversell unnecessary things, for she is honest and fully transparent. She treats you like family and is beyond nice. Her prices are WELL below industry standards and are so WORTH it!!!! I recommend everyone to go check her out and her NEWLY renovated spa. You will love it and be hooked!

Mia's beginner and advanced yoga classes were absolutely amazing. Her teaching style is welcoming and knowledgeable. In the beginner class, she provided clear instructions, while in the advanced class, she challenged us to explore deeper aspects of yoga. Mia's kindness, patience, passion and ability to create a supportive environment make her classes highly recommended for all levels.
