I was a newcomer to the salon and was offered an appointment within two weeks. I had a color and cut but Sarah Countryman and gave her a free hand in both. As a woman in her 60s, changing hairdressers is terrifying. However, I walked out with the best highlight and color that covered the existing but allowed the new growth to blend. That is an art. I look forward to my next appointment and am willing to drive two hours for thus quality of service. And the whole experience at the salon was pleasant and relaxing.
Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service ! Three mile Bay Fire Company was holding a wedding reception at our station Saturday, August 9th and suffered a clogged drain issue causing toilets to back up and rendered unusable. A call was placed to these folks, they immediately responded and stated they’d be there in 30 minutes and they were there in 25. They quickly went to work on the problem, found the issue, had the clog cleared and then gave us recommendations on how to prevent this sort of problem in the future. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, these people rate a 6!
