Quick & polite gentlemen. Only issue is finding cigarette buds in the driveway after they left. I'd still use their service again, I'd just ask they take their buds with them. (no one here smokes, no other deliveries, ect. I walk the driveway daily)
Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service ! Three mile Bay Fire Company was holding a wedding reception at our station Saturday, August 9th and suffered a clogged drain issue causing toilets to back up and rendered unusable. A call was placed to these folks, they immediately responded and stated they’d be there in 30 minutes and they were there in 25. They quickly went to work on the problem, found the issue, had the clog cleared and then gave us recommendations on how to prevent this sort of problem in the future. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, these people rate a 6!
We called them because the bathroom was backed up and flooding. they recommended the town come check outside before they came in case the town could take care of it. unfortunately it was a really bad clog. they came out so quickly and got everything taken care of. even gave advice how to fix an unrelated problem. super, super nice guys and extremely helpful and professional!
