My name is Kevin I live in Cleveland,Oh and I am trying to settle my late father inlaws estate 350 miles away in Watertown ,NY. I found out this past Friday that the gas had been shutoff to his house and with thefreezing temps coming we needed a remedy fast to keep from dealing with frozen waterlines. After national grid turned on the gas I called Jim's to start the furnace and service it. unfortunately the furnace was 35 plus years old and a rusty piece of junk beyond repair. Jim's was kind enough to squeeze us into their packed schedule on 24 hours notice to winterize the property to avoid any frozen lines and water damage. Which has given us time to order a new furnace at some point in the near future. Chris(boss), Steven(tech) and the women who runs the office. I apologize for not remembering her name were all very nice and professional. They took the time to explain my options to remedy the situation as fast as possible. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality professional service.
