The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, and they took the time to explain the entire process to me. It’s clear they genuinely care about both the quality of their service and their customers.

I chose both cleaning and preservation. After cleaning, I inspected the dress before moving to preservation. Most of the dirt and dust was removed, there were however still a few twigs. Because of that, I’d recommend inspecting your dress after cleaning rather than going straight into preservation.

I’ll update this review once I receive the dress back from the preservation phase.“

I even panicked that the top of the gown showed too much of my chest and she was able to create more coverage from the hem pieces she cut …when my gown was finished you could not tell that the added coverage didn’t come on the dress!!!
