Absolutely the worst experience in skin care of my life! If I could rate 0 stars I would. They carved lines with a microdermabrasion tool into my face and added a pumpkin acid mask on top of the already severe damaged skin. I ended up with a severe burn to my face. I have lived every day with the consequences of this act. Post burn, the lines and hyperpigmentation has been a challenge and it will only get worse with age as it seems. Not only did they not compensate me for the damage and all the money I had to spend on medical treatments, they actually charged me for the damage they did. I regret not suing them.

This beautiful salon was an absolutely amazing experience. I asked for a teen facial to deep clean my pores and I got everything of that and more. Kate gave me skin advice that helped change my skin completely only weeks after my session. My skin has never been more clean, glowy, and healthy. Highly recommend the investment to get a good facial cleanout once in a while

Though Valentina did a good job on my eyebrows- they had to be redone the next week. AND she Charged me again.I live in Florida and came back the following year because they faded and she told me it was becuase of face cream (on eyebrows?) or I must have been in a pool.( NOT.) She wouldn't do them over again unless i paid her again. I thought tattoos last more then a year!Though she did good work, they don't stand by their work....and eye brows shouldn't cost $900.

My mother and I have been going to Graziella for years and years - she is so talented and considerate. The managers can be slightly pushy at times regarding scheduling appt’s and recommending products, but the work they do for facials is top notch!

I went in with high expectations as the place came highly recommended but nothing prepared me for the rude reception (by one of the owners no less, who was busy eating her lunch and apparently I'd interrupted..?) I booked the appointment by phone and even then was refused to be quoted prices for the services I requested, which should have given me a clue of things to come. I arrived 15 prior to the appointment, had to wait another thirty minutes with no explanation or so much as an apology as I watched the lady at the front desk chat on the phone and eat her salad with complete disregard to me and another lady who walked in. The service itself was sloppy and rushed, part of their sales strategy is to force you as "politely" as possible to buy their beauty products (which I didn't buy) I didn't even leave a gratuity as I was so upset with the facial and waited for someone to address it but I guess they're so aware of their poor service, they hardly said a word to me. Terrible establishment, unprofessional personnel and unjustified prices. Buyer beware.

By far the most effective facial I've ever had. Valentina and Katerina are highly skilled aestheticians who will make you feel comfortable and at ease, even when you're getting extractions. The products they use are mostly fragrance-free, natural, or medical grade quality. The result is clear, glowing skin for weeks after your visit. I also noticed my skin is now more pink and less yellow/pale. My pores appear smaller and I definitely don't get as many blackheads and blemishes. If you need a great beauty routine, I highly recommend monthly facials here.
