I have been going to North Shore Yoga and I LOVE this place! Clean, cozy and friendly environment. The quality of the instruction is up there with the very best! I'm glad I found this studio, definitely 5 stars!

I cannot say enough good things about North Shore Yoga, and am beyond grateful to have found it. I signed up for 10 classes through Groupon (great deal) just to keep in shape and calm my mind while visiting family for a month in Long Island, figuring that it will last the entirety of my stay. Taking Mark's classes quickly became a daily practice that showed immediate positive results for the mind and body, and I ended up signing up for another 10. Both Mark and Joyce are extremely knowledgeable, kind and supportive. Great welcoming studio ! Mark is a knowledgeable instructor who has a lot to offer to his students. He is especially good at offering instruction and guidance in a positive non judgmental manner. I especially enjoy his meditation classes. Joyce is a wonderful instructor with her kind and soft spoken demeanor. It's a sweet little spot with easy parking and lots of class options ! So glad I found this place! I convinced many of my friends to try it and they all enjoy it!
