“I started using this place because of knee pain. My fifth visit will be today at the Baybridge location. This is on the second floor of a small shopping center, but there is an elevator to reach it. The space is clean and well-lit with large windows with a view of the water and Throgs Neck Bridge. This allows some diversion while using the machines. Patients do not have a dedicated staff member and one might encounter different people at visits. One staff member seems devoted to going around and cleaning the bed/tables and machines after use. The therapists are knowledgeable and explain things well. I have noticed improvement with the elimination of pain, but I have a ways to go with climbing steps. My sessions are one hour.”
