Barrys is a great workout. It’s not just a class , it’s a whole gym session. It’s challenging itself and as you progress you challenge yourself. Faster, heavier. I really enjoy my workouts here , and that’s thanks to Becca. An amazing instructor.

The studio is clean. The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. The coaches are elite. Really mindful of using the class time to elevate your fitness level. Lots of weights and variety of weights for classes and pre booking is helpful in planning your weekly workouts. Love the classes with Marquis, Matt and Luke. Absolutely empowering.
