I came to the shop from a recommendation and I was skeptical at first but then I met the owners son Junior, one of the most honest working caring workers they have at the shop. After he helped me and gave me a fair rate I was shocked he wasn't the owner with how much he knew about the business and reassured me that their work would be concise and efficient. It speaks volume to the shop that their workers care so much and I am sure this shop will be here for the next 50 years with how great the young staff are. If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. After having multiple bad experiences at different shops, I finally arrived here at RC Truck and Equipment. I met with the owner’s son, Junior. Junior instantly made me feel at home and answered all my questions. Junior was so knowledgeable and clearly a master at what he does. He provided me with the best customer service I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back.
