“We originally chose Long Island Creative Contracting to install a tile floor in our kitchen and family room. It was a somewhat difficult project because of uneven elevations between the rooms. John's team completed the project on time and budget and the results were, in a word, spectacular! We recently contracted with John to completely remodel our kitchen. This presented a challenge because we wanted to keep the tile floor he previously installed, however, the tile we originally selected was no longer available. The LICC team was able to harvest existing tile from previously hidden areas and piece into the new layout with absolutely no way to tell. This translated into a considerable savings and allowed us to keep the floor we were so happy with while still providing a completely new modern look for our kitchen. The level of service and personal attention was outstanding (again) and we really liked the transparency of the pricing through the use of an online portal. John was on stie every day to coordinate with his very capable crew and speak with us about issues and or changes. The technicians were talented, professional and cleaned up after each workday, including the garage where they needed to store the materials during construction. “We had Harbor Hills build our dream home for our expanding family in Miller Place and we couldn't be happier with the level of skill, professionalism, and communication they provided. From the time we first sat down with them to discuss ideas and throughout the entire project, Manny and Chrissy were amazing. Manny has years of experience and his attention to detail and his integrity in making sure things were done correctly were top tier. Chrissy was superb, she was very organized, got things addressed quickly, and really knew her stuff when we had questions or concerns. They listened to us and were kind to us, always yielding to our decisions but not being afraid to tell us when they thought something wouldn’t work or if they thought there was a better way to do something. Their price was very reasonable compared to 5 or 6 other local contractors we spoke with. They have been in business a long time and it really shows. Their subcontractors did great work and Manny was there every day to make sure the job was progressing and that the work was being done right. We had heard such horror stories from others building their own home but we really have no complaints in how our home turned out and the service we got from Harbor Hills. I GOT A CALL FROM ASPLUNDH WITH A APOLOGY. A MIX UP WITH ADDRESSES. YEP IT HAPPENS. I TOLD THE SUPERVISOR FROM NATIONAL GRID IF YOU WANT ACCESS TO MY HOME IT HAS TO BE TUESDAY IF NOT SEE YOU IN OCTOBER. I AM NOT DEALING WITH A COMPANY THAT IS INCOMPETENT. HE SAID IM SORRY HOLD ON...A FEW MINUTES LATER HE SAID THEY WILL BE THERE TOMORROW 8AM. WELL 745AM THE TRUCKS CAME PAUL, RICH, AND THE CREW AND STARTED WORKING IMMEDIATELY 8AM. THEY INSTALLED A NEW METER AND GAS LINE. THE BEST CREW EVER!!!! I WANT TO LET YOU AND EVERYBODY KNOW THIS COMPANY HAS PEOPLE THAT REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
