John Petsco, his staff and subcontractors were on the top of their game. John.put together a creative design that turned an unattractive half bath and laundry room into a gorgeous full bathroom with a shower and a stackable washer and dryer.

John @ LICC is a consummate professional. We completed a major home renovation, and all details and expectations were clearly communicated. Every phone call and text message was returned. His team worked efficiently and we never had any concerns about our personal belongings. After one or two issues arose unexpectedly, John answered our calls at 9pm and was there first thing the next morning to address - he operates his business with integrity and care. We are now back living in our home for a few months and have settled in nicely... everything is as we drew it up. He brought a plan on paper to life for us.
LICC, John, was a very good contractor to work with. Very dependable. Coordinates everything that may be needed, a survey, inspection, etc. If an appointment was made, it was kept. The workers were very good at what they did, gentlemen and pleasant. For any future work I need done, I would absolutely call LICC.
