They just ran a gas service to my house. They broke a sprinkler line and backfilled it without telling me or trying to fix it. My whole lawn flooded. I will be reaching out to National Grid and the Public Service Commission.

One of their trucks caused some damage to my stockade fence. My wife called , spoke to Catherine who send Angel, who came, rectified the situation quickly to my satisfaction. Angel was curteous, professional, and honest: A pleasure to deal with. I could not be happier : )

These “workers” are some of the nastiest and unprofessional people on the planet. No idea why utility companies trust a company that is clearly run by, as some of the other reviews have said, low lives. They will break into your car with no notice, damage it and then run away like nothing happened. They will harass people on the street and “mob” up if anyone challenges them. Do not do business with them and if you see them on your block call the cops and put them in their place.
Frank, the owner, is a mob-tied low life who sends his goons to handle these jobs.
