Great, great service bothe technical and customer. I walked in with my laptop and Chris solved my issue within minutes. I had another issue at home and he walked me through with clear directions. Dealt with this business a few times over the years, most recently when someone claiming to be from Microsoft got into my computer. The Teachers Federal across the street recommended them in this case after they froze my account.
the technician said he found a remoting software in my machine that was allowing someone.. or whoever i had called... on my machine. They had my device taken care of and ready in a few hours.
Very honest and I'm thankful for the technician for not making me feel like a fool for having my computer hacked.
This company was very professional and my old DV tapes were converted to USB and CD's in less than a week. Price was fair and the gentleman explained the process in a simple and easy-to-understand way. I highly recommend !!
