I had such a great experience! He was honest, kind, professional, and got me in the same day, which I really appreciated. He quickly figured out what was wrong with my laptop and had it fixed without making the process stressful or confusing.

It’s hard to find someone trustworthy and reliable, but he was exactly that. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs computer repair!

Brought in my gaming computer after a whole month of issues I couldn’t solve on my own at home. I came to this shop as my last resort and met Carlos, the owner. I just have to say that Carlos is very knowledgeable when it comes to software and hardware. It took him a little less than a week to find the potential issues and solve it. It was very easy to communicate with him. He called to give frequent updates and was very quick to answer my calls. And when I went to go pick my computer up from his store he gave me a full rundown of what he changed and how things work. I think that is very awesome of him to help his customers learn. I brought my computer in with a software issue - not only was Carlos able to accurate diagnose the problem, but he was able to fix the issue very quickly. I would definitely recommend him for any computer-related repairs!
