“I called to see if they accept the walk-ins and the young lady who answered the phone was very kind and told me yes we do. I then decided to take a peek into the salon to see if they could do something with my hair length. I spoke with Jessica on the phone and meeting her in person she is equally as pleasant. Ruth was there as well and very kind. She washed out my hair beautifully. I recommend anybody who has any questions, or doubts regarding their hair or any of inquiries to definitely take a minute and come to this salon. Jessica is articulate, patient, honest and is willing to instruct you on exactly how to take care of your hair, how to blow it out. I especially enjoyed their tenacity for the work that they truly enjoy doing. They have a very good work ethic, bedside manner and very family orientated. By the time you leave, as a customer I felt at least I knew these ladies for a long time LOL that's how comfortable they make you feel. I will definitely be back. “Where do I start? For starters, Kathy is SUCH A SWEETHEART. She is so positive, warm, and a pleasure to work with. Second, her studio is beautiful!! For something as unpleasant as a wax, her environment makes you feel comfortable immediately, a true reflection of who she is. Finally, this wax experience has been the most pleasant one ever. The wax she uses does not pull on the skin so while there is mild discomfort, its nothing like what I've felt with soft wax or other mediums. I had minimal swelling and no irritation.
Bottom line: Kathy is a true gem of an esthetician and I look forward to seeing her again. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, rather I am needing to contain myself to succinctly express all the positives there is to say!
