Ocean bliss is beautiful and serene studio with gorgeous views of Jamaica Bay. Classes are instructed by a group of well-trained professionals who are willing to accommodate students of all ages and levels. Each teacher has their own flavor and flair; try them all and choose what appeals to you I am a student there for many years and am completely satisfied with the instruction, atmosphere and management of this studio.
I’ve been coming here for years. There is a wide variety of teachers and classes. They are always very helpful. The space is beautiful with an expansive view of Jamaica Bay.
When I first moved to the Rockaways, I tried a few studios, but wasn’t finding any place I felt truly comfortable. I was introduced to Yoga Bliss by a friend and was delighted to find such a fantastic studio. The staff is always warm and welcoming, while also being really knowledgeable in the yoga practice. The team also puts together well thought out and skillfully executed classes. If you are a beginner or have been practicing for over a decade, Ocean Bliss Yoga will fit into your practice.
