Didn’t get the right address the door doesn’t have her name packed waiting room waited over an hour to get my insurance okayed. Then another half hour until I saw the assistant and then finally the doctor then had difficulty getting the medicine because they want me to use their insurance company. I won’t return

Awfullllllllllllll. Listen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The review says it all 2.8 this is my honest review please don’t waste your time and go here. My first time there girls in the front seems fake n nice they did well. The dermatologist is very nasty very unprofessional. She came in the room that I was sitting down in for 25 mins before she came then she’s telling me she was just doing a surgery n they r short staffed ….. that’s not my problem..!!!!!!! Shady business practices. Worst experience of my life in a medical office. Almost a 2 hour wait for a routine pre scheduled surgery. Left in an exam room with no attending to or response from any of the staff. Finally when I questioned the delay the Dr. asked me if I was walk in. Obviously no communication with her staff. She didn't even know I had scheduled an appointment 2 weeks earlier. This experience occurred at their Rockaway office. Still waiting for a refund of my copay for services never rendered even though it's been over 2 weeks. Stay clear of these people!
