The young lady that greeted me very courteously , with a big smile .. I had said I wanted to tan for 10 minutes, she said it looked like you haven't been here in a while , and we have new bulbs , you might not want the whole 10 min
I am so grateful for her honesty.Because after six minutes , I got an awesome tan, definitely new bulbs! Lol

Tanning was fine, no complaints - everything was clean and easy ☺️.
My real review is about the customer service: Lauren was an ABSOLUTELY amazing staff. I showed up for a few days on holiday and not only was it the end of her shift every single time (sorry, girl), she would always be so welcoming and friendly and determined to solve my issue of not getting my account created properly (I'm visiting from out of the country in Dubai so it was a bit of a hassle for the ID verification process to get approved, but we ended up getting it). Just recently started going back to this location and noticed it was very well kept. I have had a couple not so great experiences at this location so I started going elsewhere. I spoke to the manager to show appreciation and he was really friendly and gave great customer service while checking me in. I love zoomtan and it’s nice to know that I can feel comfortable going to this location again.
