They were very professional. I did not end up getting any services here due to my scheduling conflicts but i wanted to leave them a glowing review for their professionalism and communication. A lot of places would give you a headache if you already gave a deposit but not Wosa’s. They were very understanding and communicative. I would recommend them based on my interaction with them.

I love Wosas. The team is professional, knowledgeable and very experienced, and more importantly the shop is very clean. My favorite thing about this place is the appointment app because I can schedule ahead of time. I have gone three times in the past six months, I have not had to wait more than 15 min past my arrival time. The prices are also reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

The customer service here is amazing and the prices are very affordable. Everyone that works at Wosa's is very friendly and very knowledgeable about natural hair.This is the only place i go to for my retwists and every time I'm happy with the results. I definitely highly recommend this salon for anyone that want to start their loc journey, get a retwist or braids.

this place sucks. i booked an appointment and was mislead by false advertisement and when i arrived the customer service was horrible. i was recommended this place and decided to give them a chance but I made a huge mistake. I showed Wosa a picture of what i wanted and she told me they could do them and then the hairstylist told me they were a different style and she was unable to do them. Wosa has a mean attitude and this is the worst customer experience i’ve ever experienced at any store. i had to jump through a bunch of loopholes such as sending photos, finding the shop, and withdrawing cash just for them to not be able to do what they advertised. the worst service ever i hope no one makes the same mistakes as i did.

Absolutely terrible. I would never recommend anybody to get their hair done here. Lady is rude. There's no place to sit down and I was told I had to leave while my son got his hair done.

What a Fabulous experience and a gorgeous hair style too! You can tell the owner and manager of Wosa’s has been successfully in the business of hair braiding and locs for over 30’s! It shows in every detail, from the time I just stopped by to find out about their services, made my appointment, discussed hair care, laughed and chatted in the chair while my hair was braided, and the grand finale, a gorgeous new hair style beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Wosa’s! I had natural hair with some grey, and I wanted to try long braids, something new for me. Wosa mixed grey with black hair extensions, small to medium size box braids, the length of my back.The braid technique looks natural and soft, like braided hair should be, and the grey makes it “pop!” - like highlights! Wosa and her assistant Dezi were wonderful to work with, and so professional; very important to sustain a business. Wosa’s knows how to make each Clint feel special, even if a person just stopped in to ask a question or say hello, they keep working on the client in the chair and give appropriate attention to the others. Brava Wosa! I’m Looking forward to another 30+ years of excellent service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you!
