This is my second time visiting this salon. The first time was at least 10 years ago. Wosa's does not disappoint. Why? Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and experienced team members. Clean. Spacious. Scheduling the appointment using their app was very easy. I didn't mind having to leave a deposit. They do give you ample time to cancel or reschedule. If you're looking for a loctician who can educate you, make recommendations, and is ready for you when you arrive, book with Wosa's.
Wosa’s is hands down the best loc salon in Rochester. My locs came out clean, defined, and exactly what I envisioned. The atmosphere is professional but genuinely welcoming, you can tell they take real pride in their craft. Already booked my next appointment!
