Worst establishment I could ever image. They need to work on their hygiene practices before working on anyone! Save yourself or anyone you love some pain and frustration from careless, uneducated employees and choose a different dentistry. I will never recommend or return to this place.

Will never go back. Was brought back 15 minutes late for my appointment. They did not properly clean or get all of the plaque off of my bilingual bar top and bottom. There was still build up in the front of my bottom row of teeth. They still submitted to the insurance and took the money. They also charged me additional $ for a "doctors exam" so he literally looked at my teeth and said I was good to go. I got home and looked myself and still saw all of my build up of plaque.Dirty business.

Amazing practice. Everyone from the staff at the desk when you walk in all the way up through the practitioners themselves go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your visit. Dr. Bacchetta Is great and very personable and it shows as the people under him are just as great. I have a bad prior history with the dentist and WNY Dental was very supportive and helped ease a whole lot of anxiety around it when I was at the appointment.
