My adult son had an extraction attempt at another dentist but it was discontinued due the roots too near the sinus. Dentist recommended an oral surgeon but they were booked into February. Henrietta Family Dental made him an appointment to assess and hopefully extract but the roots were tangled too close for comfort. The Doctor and his office manager went above and beyond to get him into Rochester Oral Surgery in a few days. All this and we were not regular patients! So much appreciation from myself and my son! These people care!!

The dentist is very professional and kind. He explained the procedure and gives you a good understanding of the repair work to be performed. I would highly recommend his office and his staff. They are exceptional, too. It has been many good experiences.

I had my first appointment at this practice today and I have to say that the entire experience was amazing. My cleaning was long overdue and Alexa did a very thorough job. Dr Soliman was great. The office staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to returning in 6 months. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist!
