I get super nervous around doctors and things around my eyes, but the doctor and manager made me feel so welcome and comfortable and made the appointment very calming and easy. Definitely recommend to everyone I see!
Finally broke my glasses I have had for 5 years, now living in a new city.I called quite a few opticians around Chili,NY and was told by all of them it would be a month before they could even see me.So I decided to walk into my local WalMart Vision Center, Tina the manger made an appointment for me for 2 hours later! I saw the Dr who gave me a complete thorough eye exam. My glasses came in 3 days later, I was blown away.Every interaction I had with the staff, which I spoke with all of them....was excellent, SUPER NICE people!! Dr Todd Wendel is a fantastic Eye Dr. My previous glasses from a year and a half ago were so out of focus from a different eye dr. Recently received new glasses with new prescription from Dr. Todd Wendel, now my vision is crystal clear, big difference like night and day. Highly recommend Dr Wendel.
