This was the premiere car buying experience. I went to many dealers, including the dealer in my own town, who seemed not to want to serve me! I went to Best Volvo (now Garber) website. The AI lady named Hailey had the sense to schedule an appointment right on line. My husband and I went down and when walking in the door, someone was there to greet me. I picked the one I liked! I applied for the credit, got a great rate, put down a payment - then went to SCHOOL ABOUT MY NEW CAR! The schooling was completely thorough, open, and honest about financing and the function of the car. I don't know what happened to Barry L., but clearly they missed something. I had my car towed to my local Volvo dealer when it wouldn't start, & after 2 weeks, they were not able to repair it, so I had it towed back to Volvo Cars of Rochester, where we had previous service done. We got our repaired car back the next day. Thank you for the expertise & professionalism if this service department.
