Gotta admit there are alot of shady mechanics out there! But JIMS SERVICE CENTER IS NOT THAT!!!! They were polite professional and understanding they didn't try to upsell me anything and actually fixed what needed to be fixed! Family friendly!!

Absolutely outstanding quality of work and communication. They did a fantastic job on my 2004 F250 with the front-end alignment.I brought it to them on the pretext that I had installed new front suspension components and needed an alignment. They went above and beyond to properly diagnose my front solid axle being out of alignment in the right front. This was on the ball, as I had been involved in a front-end collision a few weeks prior, which was primarily in the right front.
