University of Rochester Medicine Primary Care – East Ridge Family Medicine

It has become very difficult to ever see my primary doctor unless I make an appointment months in advance. Every time I get injured or sick, they tell me I have to go to Urgent Care because they don’t have any appointments available. What’s the point of having a primary doctor if you never get to see them? This is fast food McDonalds medicine, disjointed, slipshod and you see a different provider every time.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bradley Vanheukelum for several years. He’s very thorough and always responds to any of my questions or needs. The staff is very pleasant and cooperative. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment. I highly recommend this center.

Dr. Lineman is the best doctor I've ever had! She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Office Staff is friendly but a little disorganized. It's probably due to staffing. Overall, very impressed and thankful.
