It has become very difficult to ever see my primary doctor unless I make an appointment months in advance. Every time I get injured or sick, they tell me I have to go to Urgent Care because they don’t have any appointments available. What’s the point of having a primary doctor if you never get to see them? This is fast food McDonalds medicine, disjointed, slipshod and you see a different provider every time.

I see Dr Blume, and she is spectacular!! The front desk, however is another story. They treat you like you're inconveniencing them when you're checking in. 🙄

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bradley Vanheukelum for several years. He’s very thorough and always responds to any of my questions or needs. The staff is very pleasant and cooperative. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment. I highly recommend this center.

This company supports rapists and pedophiles by allowing the gender surgeries, I can not recommend a place that supports this type of lifestyle.

Wow spent the last week and half trying to make an appointment over the phone ….being hung up on multiple times.
Let me add on I just tried to call again at 435 and now they are close ??? Oh okay crazy let’s update the hours I work too 8 -430 call on my breaks can not get through am I supposed to just take an hour off to make an appointment I don’t understand why it’s so hard to make an appointment

This facility is one of the worst I've had the experience of working with I call to inform them before my appointment that I am sick than proceed to tell me I will be refused to be seen bc I am sick and that I have to reschedule my appointment, I reschedule my appointment and than proceed to be told that they will not send confirmation to my employer that my appointment was reschedule, staff were very rude when I was trying to explain the situation and than proceed to be hung up on

Dr. Lineman is the best doctor I've ever had! She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Office Staff is friendly but a little disorganized. It's probably due to staffing. Overall, very impressed and thankful.
