Jamie at the front desk was an absolute angel! We had mistakenly booked an appointment with the wrong provider but my daughter’s case was urgent. Jamie made a call to the right provider’s secretary and made sure we got an X-ray the same day snd a follow-up appointment the next week. She didn’t have to go the extra mile, but we’re so grateful she did! Outstanding customer service.

This office has been awful so far was scheduling an appointment. My first appointment had to be scheduled three months out to begin with, now a week away from my appointment. They called telling me that they have to reschedule it two months out saying there’s nothing they could do for me. What a complete joke.

Making someone in pain with a callused splinter wait 6 weeks for an appointment is unbelievable. I will be driving down to Wellsville on Tuesday (7 day wait) to my have hand taken care of.

I had my work up for an ACL tear at this facility. From being seen by a APP to receiving an x-ray and MRI in under a hour. That is amazing access to technology and wonderful staff.
I had my surgery here for my ACL two days ago. The facility is fantastic with all private rooms. The staff from the nurse, anesthesiologist, and surgical team were all personable and efficient. I highly recommend this facility. The anesthesiologist Dr. McCrumb was very nice and loved to share his knowledge and experience.

I've had 9 sessions with Charles in the acupuncture/fitness science department and my experience has been great.1. No long waits before sessions and in-sessions he pays great attention to detail.2. Very respectful, as a female athlete I found his communication helpful as you work on areas like hip flexors etc.3. Overall great atmosphere with music and friendly staff from the moment you check in.

Was seen for under 5 minutes by Dr. Holleran and by far probably the worst orthopedic specialist I have encountered ever. I spent more time explaining to the NP who had more questions than the doctor. I was told I have a tear with burtitis from another physician she never checked in on that just waived it off as tendonitis. Already booked for a second opinion with a competent physician. Maybe URMC needs to start screening these "Doctors" way better between lack of bed side manners and barely upholding the hippocratic oath it's a wonder you have patients.
