Called Jim (Upstate appliance) at 8:30 this morning for my broken washer, after having multiple people tell me they couldn't get to my house till Tuesday or Wednesday( I don't get many days off) . Jim was able to get here between 11-2. He came at 11:45 and was out by 12:45. Great customer service and knew exactly what he was talking about. My washer works great again and I have zero complaints. Thanks for helping me out today, I really truly appreciate it.

Called Jim he was on time to the appt and was nice, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in about 15 mins. My only issue is that I paid him cash and didn't get a receipt afterwards, I have called him and text him for a week now he told me he would send it and has not. Jim I have zero issues with your service just pls send me my receipt for the $140 I paid you to steam out the refrigerator line please

The guy who answered the phone took the time to talk with me even though I wasn’t looking for service. He recommended a local company that would have the brand name part I was looking for, and also let me know what generic brand part number sold at the big box store would work. I put their number in my phone and will be using them if I have any repairs in the future.
