We had a great experience with Mike R from upstate air. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and went above and beyond to help us come to the best solution for our hvac system. We will definitely be using them again in the future for any heating and cooling needs.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from the team at Upstate Air! They are great about notifying you when they are on their way to your home. The reps are very knowledgeable and professional! Mike is excellent and helped install my new furnace, AC unit and a dehumidifier in my basement. He knows what he is doing, is very hard working and friendly. Daniel is great when you need to call and schedule an appointment and he calls to follow up on things as needed. He is very friendly and on top of things. This company is great and I am very glad I switched to them!

Upstate Air performed an A/C safety inspection and cleaning. The technician Mike was very straightforward and honest with any and all questions I asked. He also gave recommendations as to what I can do to keep my system running and not potentially mess up the compressor. Will definitely be following his recommendations and will be using them for a furnace and A/C install in the near future as my current system is near 20 years old.
