I have always been hesitant to walk in this store no matter how bad I needed something. I didn't grow up wearing makeup and can never find what I need. I never got greeted when entering the store and never had a good attitude employee when I asked for help until 11/1/25! ***** I was greeted and offered assistance from the most amazing employee ZAIARDA in the Greece mall location. She was so extremely helpful, assisted me in finding the right shade and offered her expertise. She was so friendly and helpful and I really felt she was enjoying her job. The staff here are super nice and helpful! The manager Sara is wonderful and Natazia at checkout was incredible! It was a pleasure shopping with them and I’ll definitely use this Ulta location since it was such a great experience! I can’t rave about them enough and how they go above and beyond. :)
Rachel, the MAC artist, is AMAZING! She’s so knowledgeable, friendly and really knows everything about these products. She even did my wedding makeup and I couldn’t have been happier, that’s how much I trust her!
