The customer service here is great. I struggle to find lipsticks that look good on my complexion, but one of the employees (I think her name was Michealla) helped me. I bought the dark brown lip liner and orange brown lipstick that she recommeded. When I tried them on at home, both looked beautiful! And the lip liner works well with the red and pink lipsticks I already own.9 times out of 10, I shop at Sephora, but I'll come to Ulta more often too.

I had wonderful customer service from Emily and Ijalysse today! Emily was very knowledgeable about skin care products. She helped me identify the right product for me needs. Ijalysse was so kind and helpful when I checked out! Thank you both!!

Angela is such an asset. She is so kind sweet and 100% honest! Customers appreciate honesty and sincerity. She gives amazing recommendations and even makes suggestions for product that I would've never had thought of using. Angela is fantastic. She so apparent that she is truly passionate about what she does.
