I always find what I am looking for. The staff is nice, although it is less personnel than before. Noticeable at cash registers. The sweaters are right for the price, I bought several for work with some pants.

Did some really good shopping here. And got really amazing prices. If you don't see any special sales just ask, if you do see them you probably understand how much you are about to save. Always like JCPenney and can tell you that I am a regular other stores. For me the most important part is to save money to get good deals. And JC is one of the places where I always get it. I know that service is not always perfect they can and should have more stuff on the floor. But when you look at it in terms of price is not many are better.

I haven't been in JCPenney in a long while, but today I had to go in to return a few sweaters I bought online. I have to say I was impressed with the amount of employees they had working. I asked an employee which register I should go to and she went out of her way to find me a less busy line. The cashier was super friendly and nice. She didn't give me a hard time about just having an email notification for the transaction. I was surprised on how smooth the return was and will definitely be back to shop again.
