I called them this morning after seeing a bat in my home. I was flustered (understatement) and they were so kind. Lindsay helped me get on the schedule for same day inspection and service. Lorenzo came to the house, he was quick to identify areas and possible entry points - he even made sure to properly close the hatch from the attic properly as that was the suspected point of entry. Lorenzo was super kind and provided a lot of reassurance. He and Lindsay were helpful in getting me on the schedule for the services in a timely manner. Greatly appreciate their timeliness in addressing my concerns and getting me on the schedule.
