Only because 0 stars isn't an option. I bought a groupon and we tried to use it to schedule an appointment. Once they knew we had a Groupon the availability turned into a 6 month month wait. When we attempted to call back no one answers or returns calls when a message is left. Groupon has to refund. If you value customer service, this isn't the place for you, buyer beware

Fabulous, knowledgable, saved me alot of time, money, and pain of physical therepy that doc recommended. Way better. Amy, you're doing something wrong. I never have a problem communicating with them.

Unreachable- emailed to schedule an appointment, and got this Sept 4: "I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients." Called several times and left messages with no return call. It's now October 20.
