I had a 60 minute massage by Alycia and I no longer feel tense and uncomfortable. She made sure to work on the areas I said felt the most tense, and areas I didn’t realize were tight. I will definitely be coming back again!

I see Debbie once a month and she does wonders! She has helped my body heal from the constant wear and tear of my lifestyle. She not only has been vital in helping me feel my best but she is just pure joy to be around. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. She always checks in and asks me where my sore spots are and pays extra attention to them. Debbie also focuses on finding places where you didn’t even know were sore and works them out (I’ve been to other places and they did not do this, she truly wants you to feel your best) The entire facility is clean, peaceful and welcoming.

I have gone to Joanna a few times for a facial and a brow wax and tint. She provides amazing service is very friendly and welcoming and I always leave feeling much better than when I came in! The The services that she offers are very inclusive and tailored to the clients needs (as it should be) but she’s very good about this! Her services are very reasonably priced for what you get and it’s always a highlight of my week going in there. I’m very very happy that I found her and will be recommending her!

AHHHH!!! That is all i can say for about an hour after my massage. There are several massage therapists. Michelle is mine. She provides a place of peace and relaxation. She is kind and compassionate and gives an excellent massage. Her Raindrop massage is my favorite with aroma therapy mixed with massage. This massage therapy is a regular part of my self care and well being. I highly recommend Michelle and Therapeutic massage and body works.

This has to be one of the best massages I've ever spas in the Rochester area! My therapist, Jaime is so professional and I leave there feeling relaxed and refreshed! Even when I go on vacation and get a massage, they usually disappoint compared to her massages! I can't say enough about how good this place is, it's definitely my #1 spot for massages!

To anyone thinking about trying TM&B treat yourself it will be worth it. I met Karl on Tuesday the 10th of December for a issue that I have been having for months. The issue feels like a pinch nerve in my thigh which is causing pain and discomfort in my lower back which makes it hard to stand up straight. Karl was fantastic, he listened to me, he explained everything that he was going to do and it was amazing. Even though the pain is still there but it's tolerable, I couldn't walk without being in pain. Karl has a plan of attack to help to relieve the pain. This was my first visit, I didn't want to leave the table he had me so relaxed Karl knew exactly what I needed. I was able to get some relief after months of being in pain. This was a 10 out of 10 visit for me.
