The customer service at Milton Rentals was utterly appalling. I attempted to return two bags of mortar and three gallons of Admix, only to be informed that I needed to drive them to the warehouse on the side of their property. I complied and drove them around, where a man requested that I place the bags on a pile of felt boards while he processed the return ticket. Subsequently, he instructed me to return the ticket to the office to receive my refund. After a ten-minute wait for the lady to find my records she informed me that the return window had expired. One of the associates said they were going to put a machine on hold for a specific day while waiting for my insurance to come through also said they would call and check with me to let me know they received it. I waited all day to hear from them I had to call them to confirm they received it. Once that was confirmed said they couldn't get the machine out to me for 2 days later. Completely back paddled on what they said and didn't try to correct it or accommodate in any way whatsoever. Very poor customer service

Attention CDL Truck Drivers (53 ft trailers): When arriving for a delivery, park on the outside area where the other cars are parked and check in with the staff. They'll instruct you to back you truck into the outside ramp that is used for loading/unloading. This is mostly gonna be a pull forward followed by a straight-line back, when you see the layout of the lot you better understand. After they unload you they will give you signed BOL's. When leaving ask them to spot you backing out onto the street and onto the property across the way, this again will mostly be a straight-line back with little traffic, use GOAL and watch your spotter and you'll do fine.
