For a new metal roof, the project manager was exceptional at communicating and explaining all aspects of the project as it progressed, with very fine attention to detail and evident care that the end results are perfection. The crew followed instructions and direction wonderfully and performed excellent quality craftsmanship, always showed up punctual and worked very full days until the project was completed, took great care in protecting the landscaping and home when tearing off the old roof, and cleaned up all debris at the conclusion of each workday. Another representative walked a customer through everything step by step while the insurance adjuster was at the property, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and provided evidence to support all of his recommendations. The entire experience was outstanding, and customers would gladly recommend Tall Pines to friends, family, and anyone in need of their services.
