I ordered a new baby flower arrangement to be delivered to my grandson and granddaughter. Was easy to do online and received confirmation and when item was delivered. Great service, beautiful arrangement and the quality of flowers in a cute elephant vase was perfect for their baby's animal themed room. Kittelberger's is the best for flowers in my opinion and service is bar none.

Very disappointed, I left a message yesterday on line that the viewing started at 10 am, no one responded. My sister told me they were not there for the viewing or funeral at 11. I don't know where they ended up, but they didn't go there, or they were too late! Update, they did refund my money quickly and apologized for the mix up, so I change my review from 1 star to 4 star. Thank you!

This was my first time ordering from Kittelberger and they did a fantastic job! The online ordering was super easy and clear and the delivery was timed perfectly. The flowers (for my sister's birthday) were bright and gorgeous!
