This I the second time I've been here with a rescue. Each time I've seen Dr. Bowser and have nothing but praise for her and the vet techs. They have been accurate with treatment plans, diagnosis, and really kind and gentle hands. Personally, I do not love that the Thrive network came into Rochester, but it's certainly not the fault of these providers.

I have been a client there for over 25 years. The staff is wonderful. Supportive and helpful. Dr Wyley does a phenomenal job with my dog, who is a very anxious guy. I am however EXTREMELY disappointed that they’re discontinuing boarding. They have been the ONLY place I’ve trusted with my dogs.

My rescue puppy, Gemma, has been seeing Dr Annunziata since she flew to the states from Puerto Rico a little over a month ago. Unfortunately, she had a broken humerus and requires a front leg amputation. I was impressed with the patience and amount of time Dr Annunziata spent with me over the phone answering any questions or concerns. The staff as a whole has kept me informed throughout her care and have been so supportive during this time. Gemma (and I) especially love Delil
