For sale jewelry in all styles with a very unique flair at the showroom. Showroom is through front door of building, upstairs. Some of their work is also shown/available at Craft Company No 6.

We have been doing business with Stefan Otters for over 35 years and they are like family to us. Recently after an accident, my diamond wedding ring had to be cut in half. Stefan magically rebuilt and restored it to looking even more beautiful than before!(this was no easy task!). He is a master at his craft! This business is a TRUE jeweler! Custom made jewelry is their specialty. I had a beautiful ring made just for me. Mariela worked with me and my mom to get it just right! She was in constant communication with us throughout the process.We have been customers at this shop for several years. And the owners have come to know us and our tastes and help us find what we are looking for.I always feel like it is important to them that we feel welcomed. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality pieces which are uniquely designed.

I started looking for a jewelry store / jeweler who could create a pair of earrings incorporating both amethysts and pearls. I called at least 3 places who claimed they created custom pieces and each got back to me with the reply “we could’t find what you were looking for and to create a custom piece we would exceed your budget.” A friend recommended Stefan Otter. I had never heard of them but made an appointment to meet with Stefan and Mariela. They had ordered some things and were prepared with ideas of how they could create the look I wanted. After some time we decided to scratch my first idea and see if a different idea would work. I had tied some button knots. I asked if we could include the knots into the earrings. They loved the idea. After searching for a jewelry for 3 months, I finally found one willing to work with me. The earrings were completed in less than a month. They were able to work within my budget. The earrings a beautiful.I have finally found a jeweler I love in Rochester.
