I had called these guys to come out and help resolve and issue that I was having. Nick came out, did a visual inspection, and took some samples. He had a few minor recommendations that I could do myself, and never tried to blow things out of proportion or sell me additional services that I didn't need. Nick and Rochester Environmental don't try to take advantage of customers. They try to win repeat customers. Well done, Nick!
Steve and his crew exemplify great customer service! They arrive on time each morning, are courteous and get right to work! At the end of each day they cleaned up and left my home in perfect condition! True professionals and I highly recommend them for your mold and/or asbestos remediation!
