Red Rose Florist NEVER disappoints. I always buy roses for my wife from here. For Valentine’s Day, they delivered the roses to a local restaurant for our table for dinner. The arrangement was breathtaking and the attention to detail was top notch. Thank you for making this customer, and especially my wife, happy!!!!

Called to get some info on sending a bouquet to the hospital for a friend who just received devastating news.. Was placed on hold, for 15 minutes! I assumed they forgot. So I called back, was told to hold again. Lady got back on and snapped at me for calling back. With so many places to do business with in Rochester, I don’t need to be treated this way. If you’re going be in the flower business, show some kindness. You never know what someone is going through.

I was very unhappy with the woman I spoke with over the phone to place an order. She was borderline rude and for a business that should show some empathy and understanding, she seemed to have no patience for my questions. I just moved into the neighborhood and I was trying to support a local business, but I guess I'll go with another florist who is willing to show some compassion and caring. Very disappointed.

These ladies did absolutely incredible work wrangling valentines day bouquets together for me with such short notice. Super helpful, polite and prices were reasonable!

Pre-ordered a bouquet for Valentine's Day, what I received was nothing like the image online. Lavender roses were replaced with white, bouquet had no asters, chrysanthemums, carnations, or mini carnations like it was supposed to. Entire arrangement was more green than flower, would have been less expensive to go to Wegmans and get a better result. The attached picture is the most generous that I could get it to look, extreme let down.
