I always enjoy my experience at Platinum salon. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and everyone is so friendly and professional. My stylist Megan is incredible and always makes my experience an enjoyable one? It's nice to have such a high-end salon here in Rochester!
Such an amazing experience from start to finish! Zia is so talented, professional, and really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with the result. Love my color! I left the salon feeling confident & happy. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who truly cares about their clients & listens.
I called last minute for a blowout and they were able to get me in! Haley was super sweet and did great with my hair. I know it was a lot of hair to blow dry so she is the best for getting it done :)
