I have been coming to pinky nails since Eliza was only opened for 3 months. She is hands down the best nail salon in Rochester. She’s amazingly talented and always welcoming. I struggled finding someone that I liked for my pedicures and Steven is hands down the best! He takes his time and I leave happy every time!
