This was an amazing experience.Very professionalJoann makes you feel so comfortable and is constantly asking if you are ok to assure there is no pain.She also reviews post care and makes sure you understand and is available after to answer any questions.The work is fantastic and I have people constantly wanting to know what kind of eyeliner I use because they LOVE it.I recommend her to anyone even thinking about having permanent make up.Great customer service

I had my eyebrows done and they look so wonderful. I have had them done a few years ago by someone else and my whole experience with Joann was completely different. She first came up with a great shape that actually enhances my eyes. She recommended the perfect color that goes with my tone and hair. They look so natural. I can’t tell what is my real hair and what is the permanent make up. She explains everything thoroughly and has numbing cream that I felt no pain. I could have fallen asleep during it. On top of everything Joann has a wonderful personality and makes you feel so comfortable. I plan on going back for eyeliner.Service: Eyebrows
