PC Innovations was recommended by a computer-savvy friend as the place he goes to when he's stuck. When my laptop started breaking down, I took it there wondering if I should replace it rather than repair it. They explored various options, and it turned out that replacement was the best. When I went in, I didn't realize they sold computer products as well as repaired them. Their price for what I wanted was the same as at Best Buy, and they give a lifetime warranty. In exchange for the dying laptop, they transferred all my data and emails from it onto the new one. The emails were problematic, but they stuck with it until it came out right. I think they mostly provide IT services to businesses and corporations, but they also give plenty of time and personal attention to little guys like me.

I have bought 6 computers for my immediate family from PC Innovations over the past 8 - 10 years without any problems at all. As a result of this I have recommended them to numerous family and friends who have taken advantage of PC Innovations family atmosphere. For 10 years I had a small computer consulting business. Whenever a customer needed a new computer or an upgrade, PC Innovations was my exclusive source for these needs. I called on them over 100 times for their help and they always delivered a quality product. To this day, I don't go any where else.
