From the time I walked in the door, I was taking care of right away. From checking my eyes through various test, and till my final consultation I was very satisfied with the results and the people taking care of me.
As always, Dr. Jamison is wonderful & thorough. As were the nurses (this was only my 2nd time at this center). I must say tho that your reception & check-out personnel are not going to win any awards for congeniality. Especially check-out. She did not acknowledge me, no smiles, and when I handed her two $10 for a $15 co-pay she bluntly said "I dont have any change." Then when I asked to set up my next appointment without looking at me she said "Thats next year." At Dr. Jamison's prior office they always set up the next appointment. So now I am not sure what happens next year.
Dr. Jamison is a consummate professional. I have been with her for over 30 years. I am excited that she has joined OcuSight. I had a fantastic experience with Dr.Tingley when I needed Cataract surgery. 100% satisfied with OcuSight!
