I want to give a huge shout out to Lynn!!
I have been hospitalized for quite a while, and she has gone above and beyond to make sure that my glasses which were hanging by a thread would last me! She has a great heart!
Currently waiting to see the doctor for 2 hours. My elderly mother in law is cold and frustrated. We have had other appointments here that have been much more timely. 2 hours of waiting is too long! The Dr. however, took his time and answered all of pur questions once we were seen.
Thank you to Dr. Shin and his staff for excellent care during my cataract procedure process. From the first consultation to the last follow-up appointment this has been a wonderful experience. Dr. Shin has been fully engaged and attentive to all of my questions and concerns. He is a great listener. He is also very calming and kind. I am so happy with the results. As with all cataract surgeries there is an adaptation period, but overall I can say that both eyes are doing extremely well. My quality of life has improved immensely due to my greatly improved vision.
